Welcome to Aser Food, a product by Aser Technologies Kenya. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aser Food platform and services, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Aser Food, provided by Aser Technologies Kenya, is a marketplace connecting restaurants with customers for online ordering, payment collection, and delivery services. We facilitate transactions between restaurants ("Partners") and customers ("Users") but are not responsible for the preparation or quality of food items.

To use certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
By placing an order through our Platform, you agree to pay the full amount for your order, including the price of items, applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any other charges clearly indicated at checkout. Payment must be made using one of our approved payment methods.
Order cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy and those of our restaurant partners. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors including distance, weather conditions, traffic, and restaurant preparation times. Aser Food is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Restaurant information, including menu items, prices, and availability, is provided by our Partners and may change without notice. Aser Food makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information but cannot guarantee its completeness or correctness.
Aser Food provides the Platform "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aser Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aser Food harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
